Privacy policy
This current privacy Policy regulates the processing and use of personal and other data by the owner of the site https://ru-skep.com, (hereinafter – Operator).
By transmitting personal and other data to the Operator via the Site, the User confirms his/her consent to use this data due to the terms given in the current Privacy Policy.
Should the User disagree with the provisions of the current Privacy Policy he/she must stop using the Site.
Unconditional acceptance of the current privacy Policy is the beginning of using the Site.
- TERMS
1.1. Site — the site located on the Internet at https://ru-skep.com.
All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the Operator in full.
The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this privacy Policy.
1.2. User — a person who uses the Site.
1.3. Legislation — the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4. Personal data — personal data of the User that the User provides about himself / herself when Registering or while using the Site functions.
1.5. Data — other data about the User (not included in the Personal data).
1.6. Registration — the User filling out the Registration form at the Site by specifying the necessary information and selecting a Username and password.
1.7. Registration form — the form located on the Site that the User must fill out to register on the Site.
1.8. Service (s) — services provided by the Operator under the License agreement.
- COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The Operator collects and stores only the Personal data necessary to provide Services and interact with the User.
2.2. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
2.2.1 providing services to the User;
2.2.2 Identifying the User;
2.2.3 Interacting with the User;
2.2.4 sending advertising materials, information and requests to the User;
2.2.5 Carrying out statistical and other research;
2.2.6 Processing the User’s payments;
2.2.7 Monitoring the User’s operations in order to prevent fraud, illegal betting, money laundering.
2.3. the Operator also processes the following data:
2.3.1 surname, first name and patronymic;
2.3.2 e-mail address;
2.3.3 mobile phone number.
2.4. The user is prohibited to publish personal data of the third party on the Website.
- PROCESSING PROCEDURE FOR PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. The Operator undertakes to use Personal data in accordance with the Federal Law “on personal data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 and the Operator’s internal documents.
3.2. The User’s personal and other data are kept confidential, except in cases when the specified data are publicly available.
3.3. The operator is entitled to store the archival copies of personal and other data, also after removal of the User account. The operator has the right to store personal and other data on servers outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
3.4. The Operator is entitled to transfer Personal data and User Data without the User’s consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 state bodies, including those of inquiry and investigation, and local authorities upon their reasoned request;
3.4.2 Operator’s partners;
3.4.3 in other cases directly stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.5. the Operator has the right to transfer Personal data and Data to third parties not specified in the clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
3.5.1 the User has expressed his/her consent to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is necessary as a part of the User’s usage of the Site or provision of Services to the User;
3.5.3 the transfer takes place as a part of sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), and all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy pass to the acquirer.
3.6. The operator performs automatic processing of Personal other data.
- CHANGE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) Personal data via his/her personal account or by sending a written application to the Operator.
4.2. The user at any time has the right to delete Personal data.
4.3. the User guarantees that all Personal data is up-to-date and does not relate to third party.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
5.1. the Operator ensures appropriate protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.
5.2. The protective measures also provide the protection of Personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as against other illegal actions of the third party.
6. PERSONAL DATA OF THIRD PARTIES USED BY USERS
6.1. Using the Site, the User is entitled to insert the data of third parties for further usage.
6.2. The User undertakes to get the consent of the personal data subject to use them via the Site.
6.3. the Operator does not use the personal data of third parties inserted by the User.
6.4. the Operator undertakes the necessary measures to ensure the safety of personal data of third parties inserted by the User.
- OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. The legislation of the Russian Federation is applicable to the current Private Policy and relations between the User and the Operator.
7.2. all possible disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to consideration under the current legislation at the Operator’s place of incorporation. Before applying to court the User has to follow the pre-judicial procedure for dispute settlement and sent a proper complaint to the Operator in writing. The reply term is 30 (thirty) working days.
7.3. Should for some reason one or several provisions of the Private Policy be proved invalid, null and void, this does not change the validity of other provisions in the Private Policy.
7.4. The operator is entitled at any moment alter the Private policy (completely or partly) unilaterally without previous notice of the User. All the changes come into effect the next day after being published at the Site.
7.5. The User undertakes to follow the alterations in the Private Policy on his/her own by reading the upgraded edition.
